Great experience overall. My dishwasher was fixed quickly and everything works perfectly now. Vladimir was the technician who helped me, and he was truly wonderful — friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The service was fast, smooth, and high quality. Excellent service from Dmitrii! My dryer went out Friday night. I had an appointment booked for the following day- scheduled between 3 and 6. He showed up promptly at 3, diagnosed and fixed my dryer in under an hour. Professional and polite- I highly recommend!

Scheduling the service call was courteous and quick, and the appointment was scheduled for within a day. Vladimir quickly diagnosed the cause of our 17 years old dishwasher leak and gave us a repair estimate for a faulty pump, also suggesting that we should consider replacing the machine. We thought this was noteworthy, since pressing for a repair would have been to SHA's advantage. Vladimir was friendly, professional and informative. We decided on repair, which required ordering the part over the Thanksgiving holiday. Vladimir returned with a helper after the holiday on our schedule to install the part and was again very professional. They conducted several leak tests before they were satisfied, and the work was completed in a timely manner. SHA provides both a parts and labor warranty, which shows they stand behind their work. Their pricing, where the service call fee is deducted from the repair labor, is a bonus. They also followed up with an after service call to make sure we were satisfied. SmartHome Appliance will be our 'go to' appliance repair service from now on!

These folks arrived at the very beginning of their window, disassembled and fixed and reassembled my oven in 30 minutes, and then -- free of charge -- went on to adjust the tension on my dishwasher's springs to stop it from slamming open. Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful!
